Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking in to our clinic. Proceeding to book implies acceptance of these terms.
Consultations are free however we require a £40 deposit to avoid no shows. After the consultation if you decide not to have any treatment you will be refunded your £40. Note consultations last approximately 15 minutes.
£50 deposit is refundable if appointment is cancelled with greater than 7 days left. If there are less than 7 days left till the appointment the deposit will not be refunded. Appointments can be rescheduled, however, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to do this. Where this notice period has not been provided, deposits will be lost as it would be deemed a late cancellation. If on the day you decide against treatment this will be considered a late cancellation and so the deposit will be lost.
